If you feel so inclined on our Lodge Facebook page, you will find the decision by the NEVADA Supreme Court, which denied Las Vegas PPA’s assertion that only the designated bargaining representative can represent you in NRS 289 investigations. This was done on behalf of one of our brothers who works for metro and was denied his FOP Plan attorney for an investigation. Thank you Adam Levine!
