3% Arbitration Award

After talking with our attorney, we have some direction on the appeal of the courts denial of the 3% arbitration award from the 2021-2023 CBA. After discussion amongst the attorneys involved, FOP will be filing an appeal of the judges decision to deny the 3% arbitration award. This appeal will be filed in the next couple of weeks.
