Uniform allowance mishap
Due to the uniform allowance being taxed and deductions taken out, the uniform allowance check will be pulled back and reissued. Thank you to the FOP team for bringing this to our attention so quickly while we were in a meeting with the LRU this morning. Thank you to our members who reached out and gave us specific feedback and examples that we could take to the LRU for immediate action.

Insurance Criminals
This past weekend I did an interview with Las Vegas channel 8 regarding the insurance hikes. I do not know how much of the interview will be aired, but I was sure to classify these increases as criminal and call out PEBPs complacency. This interview airs tonight at 11pm on channel 8 (CBS) in Las Vegas. I did my best to sum up your outrage with the situation and articulate how unacceptable this is. We are still working on finding our members an alternative insurance provider.

I am the President and one of the original founding members of Lodge 21. I come from a place where a mentor, Smittie, and a few brothers of mine including Ashcraft, represented officers independently. We did this for over a decad

FOP WINS AGAIN!!!
We received the Arbitration Award for the FMWCC Shift Bid Grievance. This grievance was based on the Admin at FMWCC adding female only posts on top of the 15% exempt posts to the shift bid. Their contention is that this did not count as exempt. Clearly the arbitrator saw straight through this ridiculous argument and rightly awarded FOP the grievance. Next will be to finalize the remedy of redoing the shift bid at FMWCC. If you are a male officer and were denied a shift differ

Starting something new can feel overwhelming at times, but the heart of the Auxiliary is simple: bringing law enforcement families together to support one another, strengthen our community, and stand beside those who serve. The Auxiliary is open to family members of FOP officers, not just spouses, but also p
