Pay is jacked up. AGAIN. FOP is well aware of this and we were already organizing to present a Law Firm with the information on a FLSA lawsuit for untimely pay for supervisors. We will be organizing for a class action law suit for everyone in our bargaining unit and who knows maybe the law firm will want all state employees to join. Effective immediately, the shift bid set to take place today, 11/17/25, is canceled until further notice. FOP is scheduled to discuss the changes to the shift bid in a meeting with Warden Borgas on Thursday this week. We are likely to discuss an abbreviated schedule with the Warden, in order to reduce any disruption with the scheduled bid. FOP reached out for clarification on the paychecks not being listed in NEATS and the following is the response we received: I just checked with payroll and was informed that, due to the ongoing system switch-over, employees currently do not have access to view pay periods in NEATS.
