Ok not that arbitration, but the Sgt’s at Summit View were being denied uniform allowance. After 4 months of waiting for the decision, FOP is proud to announce we have prevailed and the Sgt’s will now be receiving back pay for the last two missed payments and moving forward they will continue to receive the uniform allowance!!!
It is still September everyone, we know it has not shown up in a check yet. The state is not in violation until October, so let’s see if they get it right.
