Nevada C.O. Lodge 21
Since 2008, We have been assisting and representing officers independently with Letters of Instruction(LOI), Letters of Reprimand(LOR), Performance Cards, and On the Job Trainings(OJT). Our team has been with you through resolution hearings, Employee Management Committee(EMC) hearings, arbitration hearings, Employee Management Relations Board(EMRB) hearings, and Personnel hearings.
We have been the "go to" team to assist and represent our fellow brothers and sisters in their time of need. We will be there for you. We have delivered the largest raises in the history of the NDOC and DPBH in our CBA.

We are the largest FOP Lodge in Nevada and the second largest law enforcement union in Nevada.
We are truly the voice of Corrections in Nevada.

FOP Associates Lodge 21
Protection for Civilian Support Staff
Fraternal Order of Police Nevada Lodge 21 has teamed up with Associates President Kellen Prost to bring you FOP Nevada Lodge 21A. This lodge has been run by Kellen and her fellow executive board members for he past couple of years. We have a mutual goal of ensuring the protection of civilian support staff. The roots of FOP Nevada Lodge 21 are in employee representation and the co-founders of Lodge 21, Paul Lunkwitz, Bob Ashcroft, and Dshamba Prater spent well over a decade representing both officers and civilian support staff, prior to founding FOP Nevada Lodge 21 in 2019. The legal defense plan that FOP offers its law enforcement members is now available for civilian support staff in the NDOC and the DHHS mental health facilities. As the sister lodge of FOP Lodge 21, the associates lodge has leveled up the protection for its members.
