New chairs for officers

After speaking with DD Shea, I can tell you that the NDOC has funding approved to replace all of the chairs in Officer positions statewide. Props to her and the administrators who worked to make this happen. The funds should be released in august and the chairs replaced in September. This is part of the culture change we all need to be a part of. Admin working to take care of officer needs and the union and officers working with admin to implement solutions.
