PSDOT

For those of you who know and those of you who didn't, PSDOT has not been being paid at the correct amount. Shift differential is 5%, so it stands to reason that if you work a shift with shift diff for overtime, your PSDOT should be 7.5%. The state has been incorrectly paying this at 5%. FOP has once again gone to bat for you to make this right. I received word yesterday from the LRU that they are fixing this now and will be processing backpay for all of you who were incorrectly underpaid. How far back will the backpay go? I cannot answer that, but I can tell you that you will get backpay at least back to July 1st, 2023, when our CBA went into effect.

When do you think this will be corrected, because it has not yet. Also when we might see the back pay. just more or less asking on an update, thanks.
