Ely tour

This weekend I had the opportunity to tour Ely State Prison along with my fellow FOP Representatives. Overall, I feel the trip was a success. I had the opportunity to meet many of the hardworking officers and support staff that keep our state safe. The staff work long hours, often dealing with very difficult situations and their dedication was noted. Our group also learned of various issues which we hope to work with the Staff and Department on finding acceptable solutions. Thank you ESP for what you do!
