There have been considerable delays in the FOP uniform program. First I want to say that there were significant issues getting the embroidery on the collars properly aligned. I just spoke with the vendor today and this problem has been rectified. I was given assurance that all of the uniforms will be completed this week and shipped on Friday. We hope to have the uniforms handed out to those who ordered by next week. The vendor also wanted me to express that they are not in the business of putting out poor quality uniforms. They are confident you will be very happy with the final product. He also assured me that future orders will be much faster to process, now that the templates are set. I'm told that they should be able to turn around future orders in 2 weeks time in most cases. Thank you all for your incredible patience while this first order is being processed.
