Brothers And Sisters at NNCC, I know you have been eagerly waiting for the arbitration decision, as have I. Unfortunately, the briefing schedule was postponed due to negotiations. What this means is that the timeline was paused to allow collective bargaining to occur and the briefs are being worked on now. That means that the briefs must be completed and then the arbitrator still has his timeframe to write the decision. If we could make this go faster, believe me we would.
