Casa Grande bid

I have some clarification and also information from the Director. We spoke today and this issue is potentially fixable, but there is for sure a legitimate operational concern regarding staffing. Reply in the comments if those of you that work at casa grande would like to do a zoom meeting. I would rather not the telephone game distort the facts. Let me know.
