Checks and uniform allowance

The Muster Pay Grievance Settlement checks are starting to be issued. The amount will show the amount paid to you after taxes. I spoke with the LRU and this was a standard deduction for everyone. Your individual tax return will correct any issues with what was withheld. If you have a discrepancy with what you are issued, do not cash your check and reach out to your local representatives to inform them of your issue. I have already addressed a couple issues and I am waiting on a response.

Uniform Allowance will not be issued on your paychecks. Like the last check, they will issue a separate Uniform Allowance Check. I am told they are working on completing this for all eligible officers and supervisors before September ends.
