COT Hearings

The Settlement agreement for the probationary employees who were rejected from probation is finalized. We now have to submit the names for scheduling the hearings. Anyone who has been rejected from probation on or after January 1, 2024, that would like a hearing to attempt to be reinstated, please email that you would like to schedule a hearing with the Director. The hearings are set to take place October 1st and 2nd, and October 8th and 9th. If you or someone you know would like to schedule a hearing contact Prater at praterfop21@yahoo.com please include your full name, employee id if you know it, phone number, facility worked at, preferred date of hearing, and if you would like a union representative to be present. IF you know someone who fits into this category, please forward this information to them.
