Brothers and Sisters you have an opportunity to contribute your input into the collective bargaining process. One of the biggest complaints I get is from people that did not have that opportunity for the first CBA. Now let’s be honest about this, over 70% of you were not members prior to the last negotiation. The difference is, now you are and you have the opportunity to be heard before we negotiate the next CBA. Keep in mind we can only operate on information available to us from our members if we have it beforehand. To those who have already completed their survey, thank you! To those who haven’t, we look forward to hearing from you as well! Solidarity is an important word in the Union business. We need it now and always, so please take 5 minutes to give us your input and let’s do this together! Be safe and take care of each other!
