1. BOARD & COMMITTEE REPORTS
• Updates from Standing Board Members and Committee Chairs
• Event & Lodge Updates
A. Ways & Means Evaluation Update(Haines)
• Review results of compensation motion evaluation (Stewards/Board)
B. Legislative Committee — Special Reporting Section (Hicks)
• Future legislative proposal
• Status of email sent to Board requesting suggestions for legislative submission
• Status of Resolution requesting the State Attorney General issue a report summarizing officer assaults
2. ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL CONFIRMATIONS
• Confirmation of new bank accounts & addition of Karim
• Confirmation that dues deposits have been received for the last 3 pay periods
3. LEGAL DEFENSE & CLAIMS — SELF-FUNDING
• Legal Defense Self-Funding Status — Completed
• Forms finalized (member claim form, tracking, email address)
• Approved attorney list
• Projected start date: 1/1/26
• Training scheduled after January meeting
• Agreements signed with several attorneys
4. OFFICE & OPERATIONS
• Lodge office space - Approval for additional purchase (possible table)

· New academy members joined.
