Our attorney has confirmed that the state intends not to pay our bargaining unit Longevity Pay. As a result FOP has demanded arbitration on this matter due to the violation of our CBA language which grants any additional pay for state employees to be paid to members covered under our agreement. We are moving forward and fighting this on behalf of all officers covered under our CBA.
