Muster Settlement Waiver

I spoke with the head of the LRU today and informed her of the various issues that are occurring with the muster settlement waivers and emails. We discussed having officers sign a hard copy, if they have problems with their email or the electronic waiver form. She agrees that this would be acceptable. Word of Caution: If you were incorrectly placed on the lower amount list and you believe you are entitled to the higher amount, do not take or cash the $500 check. This will complicate fixing the problem. If you find yourself in this situation, please notify our secretary Prater via email, so we can submit a list of corrections to the LRU. My understanding is that she will communicate the hard copy option to the NDOC. Lastly, DO THE INSURANCE SURVEY!!!!! KEEP SPREADING THE WORD WE NEED EVERYONE TO DO THIS!!!!
