A well worded grievance makes a difference! One of our members, who sought our advice, filed a great grievance and when he was told he would have to use sick leave to cover his Covid leave, he was awarded admin leave because he stood up and fought for his rights! Tell all your coworkers that FOP is helping individuals get their right! You can alll be the frontline of improving our department! Be safe and take care of each other!
