Pay raise is not correct

I have heard from several members that the pay raise does not equal 23%. I am aware of the issue and I cannot speak to anyone from the state til Monday. I understand the frustration, please try and be patient as this is resolved.

I checked today and my pay grade went back up to 37. Is the state going to reimburse us the difference on the next paycheck
