Supervisors WILL be paid

Good morning brothers and sisters,

I received an immediate response from the LRU following the concerns about the recent Unit N Supervisor CBA training. I am happy to inform you that the issues brought to FOP are resolved. Supervisors will receive double time and a half for holidays and shift differential for swing shift, in accordance with the Unit N CBA. Please see the email below from the LRU.

Good Morning,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

At the time the supervisor training materials were developed, there was no final determination regarding the payment of Holiday Premium Pay and Shift Differential under the Unit N CBA. As such, the information provided in training reflected the uncertainty around funding and implementation.

We have since received clarity on this matter and have determined that both Holiday Premium Pay and Shift Differential will be paid in accordance with the provisions outlined in the executed collective bargaining agreement for Unit N.

Official guidance will be issued to Departments to ensure consistent application and to correct any prior instruction. Additionally, the training slides will be updated to reflect the accurate information.

Respectfully,

Matthew R. Lee
