If you have been wrongfully denied on a workers compensation claim where you clearly sustained a work related injury, submitted all of the required paperwork, and then were billed by the provider(i.e. Concentra, hospital, etc.) please send me an email. lunkwitzfop21@yahoo.com

Make sure to include a summary of the details of your injury, which provider you went to, and what you were billed by the provider. I have heard stories about this and I brought it up with the LRU and the AG’s Office. They requested the names and examples of this occurring.
