Your FOP representatives at work for you

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge one example of your local FOP reps working to resolve issues locally. There are many things that the members don’t often see or hear about. This is one of countless examples of our team of representatives making progress toward a better working environment. I will try to make sure I shine the spotlight where it belongs much more often. Good afternoon,

The Wardens and stewards at Lovelock have come to an agreement regarding Performance Cards.

Lovelock will no longer use Voluntary or mandatory overtime call offs as a calculation measure for abuse of sick leave. Lovelock will also rescind the performance cards of SC/O Parks and others.
