I’ve been watching some gameplay clips of this "climbing plane" mechanic, and it looks like the visual speed of the aircraft increases as the multiplier goes up. Is that just a visual effect, or does the game actually accelerate the risk as the numbers climb? I’m trying to figure out if my reaction time needs to be faster during the later stages of a high-altitude flight or if it’s a steady pace throughout the session.

I was curious if anyone has heard of when we will be getting our uniform allowance? Considering NEATS System is going down for maintenance for PP-08 and PP-09. We are required to submit them ahead of time as per state payroll.
I apologize to beat a dead horse at this point about the 12's but I've been told that we're supposed to have our answer on the 18th of this month. If we do win the arbitration for it my only concern is if it will be honored. Since back in May when we won our CBA and the legislation just threw everything out and they were never held accountable for not honoring our good faith bargaining. I along with many other officers super hopeful that we do win this and everyone can enjoy their healthy work life balance again. Thank you guys for everything you do and I'm hoping good news!!
Hearing lots of rumors about this topic lately, Just to clarify -
while we’re hoping to receive the arbitration decision any day now, there’s no hard confirmation that it will land on the 18th. That date is when the facility is expected to post the shift roster for next year, which, as it stands, may reflect the current structure. However, with the arbitration outcome still pending, a change may be on the way.
