Backpay/Stale claims

From our VP who has followed through on his promise to pursue the stale claims issue with the Department of Labor. If you have a backpay issue and would like to forward your information to VP Thompson to be included in the US Department of Labor complaint, send it to his email at thompsonfop21@yahoo.com

If you are in Reno, your best bet may be to drop in to the office listed below in Brother Thompson's statement.

VP Thompson-

Good morning and merry Christmas! I spoke with my US department of Labor contact just now. It was a fantastic conversation. He is actually a union steward in his field as well. My claim is in the bullpen so to speak and someone will be contacting me asap. He did want me to compile a list of all officers affected by any wage and hours claim to be presented when the DOL agent contacts me. He also asked that ANY CO in or around the reno area visit the walk in Department of Labor,  wage and hour division office at 300 Booth street #5030 in reno. he says that office is the best kept secret in the Department in his opinion.  Any stale or recent unpaid claims by the Department will be linked to my case as it unfolds.  He also said the investigation will go back 3 years for systemic violations.
