EMRB decision

Unfortunately the EMRB made a poor decision today. They ruled in favor of the states motion to dismiss our complaint for failure to negotiate. This is only a set back as now we will go through the grievance process with the LRU. If they continue to fail to negotiate, we are able to file a complaint again with the EMRB. We will continue to pursue this complaint until we resolve the states complete and utter failure to ensure safety for our officers. These processes do not always go quickly, but they are necessary to achieve our goals moving forward.
