This past weekend I did an interview with Las Vegas channel 8 regarding the insurance hikes. I do not know how much of the interview will be aired, but I was sure to classify these increases as criminal and call out PEBPs complacency. This interview airs tonight at 11pm on channel 8 (CBS) in Las Vegas. I did my best to sum up your outrage with the situation and articulate how unacceptable this is. We are still working on finding our members an alternative insurance provider. This is not an easy task and it is NOT a mandatory subject of bargaining.
