Insurance Survey

Yesterday FOP sent out a survey via text message, requesting your information in order to submit to possible insurance providers. There are 1437 Lodge 21 members, but we have only received 180 submissions. Everyone was upset about the increses to insurance premiums. There were those who voiced their anger toward the union for not doing more, even though we do not have insurance as a mandatory subject of bargaining. Now we are doing something about it and we still cannot get 2 minutes of your time to give us the information we need. Our plan is to get better benefits at a cheaper cost to you, but we cannot do this without you. If you do not submit the information, you are choosing to pay higher premiums. You are choosing lower benefits. If you cannot overcome complacency, we will not acheive change. Thank you to those who submitted their information.
