Lodge meeting reminder

A week from today will be our December Lodge meeting. The meeting will be on zoom at 8 am on December 9th. The meeting link and pending motions are listed below.

Pending Motions from the November Lodge meeting:

• For Active Duty Employed Board Members: A proposal for a monthly stipend of $1000 per executive board member, including the VP, 2nd VP, SGT at Arms, and Trustee Chairperson, and for the Treasurer to receive a monthly stipend of $1500, effective 11/12/2023 if passed.

• For Non-Active Duty Employed Board Members: A proposal for a monthly stipend equal to a Step 10 SC/O for the President and a Step 3 C/O for the Secretary, effective 11/12/2023 if passed.

Additionally, a committee will be established to review these stipends semi-annually to ensure the financial stability of the Lodge.
