*****Members Help Us Out*** We are getting down to the deadline to have our payroll forms turned in. If you recognize anyone's name on these screen shots, please let them know they must turn in the payroll authorization form by this Wednesday 3-15-23, in order to maintain membership and coverage with FOP. The form is on the membership page. We have sent emails and texts, but sometimes word of mouth can be the most effective way to communicate.
