Sgts Bargaining Unit

There has been growing interest by the NDOC Sgts and DHHS Forensic Specialist IV’s(FS 4’s)for Lodge 21 to take over bargaining for the newly formed NDOC Sgts and FS 4’s bargaining unit. We are sending out our representatives with the forms for NDOC Sgts and FS 4'swho are not current Lodge 21 members to sign, showing their support for us as their designated bargaining representative. What this means is that if you are a Sgt with the NDOC or a FS 4 with DHHS and you would like FOP Nevada C.O. Lodge 21 to represent you for collective bargaining, you need to sign this form and get it to one of our local stewards or Board members. If you are a current member of Lodge 21, be sure to let our stewards know so that we can submit your name with our members list. The follow through for a successful negotiation on behalf of the bargaining unit is that all Sgts and FS 4's need to join Lodge 21 so that the SgtsFS 4’s bargaining committee can accrue the necessary funds and resources to ensure the Sgts/FS 4’s Committee will be able to pay for any necessary fees associated with collective bargaining.
