Due to the uniform allowance being taxed and deductions taken out, the uniform allowance check will be pulled back and reissued. Barely got enough to cover the uniforms I purchased because I assumed we were getting the full $1,000. I'll keep y'all up to date on how my grievance goes.
Start filing a grievance it seems to be the only action these clowns understand. I have already submitted mine. This place is getting worse and worse to work at.
Well…here’s the thing. Since we are part of an accountable plan everyone needs to keep purchase receipts which add up to the total amount given for sunbstantiating claims. If the state tries to cut back on our allowance, this is how they would do it. Otherwise if it’s taxed, then they won’t care.
I honestly wouldn’t put it past the state to do that. They are well known for stepping over a dollar to pick up a penny.
