Ok I just spoke with the vendor and they informed me that the rest of the items, minus a couple propper uniform pieces have been sent to shipping and should go out today or tomorrow! That means by ear

I have an acknowledgment form that I came up with. I will be sending this the meeting tomorrow to try and get it approved. I know no one will sign it but I want the thought out there. How can I post on here for all to see?

I wonder if we can seek legal action against afscme for not acting in good faith for all employees

Now that is something that state C.O.’s can do. You are correct, safety of employees is a mandatory bargaining issue. 288.150

How can they vote to force us to get the vaccine if we currently have a CBA doesn’t this have to be negotiated. Are we considering seeking legal action against the state if they attempt to force this.

Well brother, the collective bargaining agreement is AFSCME’s arena. We do not have any standing to file or negotiate on behalf of state C.O.’s.
