If you have been disciplined for the mandate, you need to file a claim with legal defense and call our plan attorney Adam Levine. You should not file a grievance through neats. He has the form to file the grievance directly. Things have changed with the collective bargaining agreement, please take these steps. He tells me he has only received ten or so grievances.
