Thank you brother. We need them, its not sustainable for another 2 years with rate of attrition and when the academies are only getting 6-10 officers when it used to be 30-60.

For those who are not familiar with the politics that are being played by the Governor's office and the state legislature, we are witnessing to factions of State government apply pressure to the opposition to get the things that they truly want passed, our raises and COLA isn't really an issue that is controversial, the back stories such as school choice which was a huge talking point for the Governor when he ran his race, and the state legislators who are pushing for a number of bills to pass which include Gun legislation that was just Vetoed are some of the real issues.
