AT THIS TIME DO NOT SEND ME THE STATE EMAILS OR DIRECTIVES TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL, PLEASE FORWARD THESE TO MY WORK EMAIL. MAKE YOURSELF A COPY AND PRESERVE THE EVIDENCE?

If, you are a supervisor, I need to know if you have ever been given any direction or guidance from state administration, department administration, your supervisor(s), NDOC H.R., or State H.R, (specifically any names, dates or times would be helpful) in denying request from subordinate staff for claims of wage(s) for PRE/POST shift work, or shift work that exceeded an 8 hour or 16 hour block of time such as late relief claims, or overtime that occurred during daylight savings events when time rolled back, such as working in excess of a period of 16 hours, ie 17 hours shift.
