Do you wanna know the difference between FOP and other unions? HDSP had an issue where officers were being locked in towers, without a way to exit the tower in the event of an emergency. We addressed this respectfully with the warden and admin. This issue was resolved immediately. Officers now have the peace of mind to know that if a fire or other emergency happens, they will have the avenue to evade the emergency and get home to their family.
