To accept and send out to the membership.The acceptance of the 

ByLaw changes on governing how to become a Board member.

Starting with Steward up to President.     

The changes are attached.

The information will be posted on the website Forum and allow for all members to vote

To become President;

Remain the same as you have to have held an Executive board position for 2 years 

to be eligible to run for president..  And attended at least 9 of the last 12 meetings.

**To become an Executive Board member other than President ;

You must have attended at least 6  of the last 12 meetings and have been a member for over one year.

 Also, you need to have held a position of Steward,  Trustee, or a different board position to be eligible.

 This would apply to all positions except President.

**To become a Trustee;

You must have attended at least 6 of the last 12 meetings and have been a member for over 1 year and held a postion of Steward or higher.

OR held an Acting Trustee or Steward position for 1 year and attended 6 of 12 meetings.

* Less than 200 Officers  = 1 Trustee  ////  201-300  =  2   ///  301 - 450 =  3  ////  OVER 450  = 4 MAX

**To become a Acting Trustee;

You must have attended at least 6 of the last 12 meetings and have been a member for over 1 year

OR held a Steward position for 1 year and attended 6 of 12 meetings.

The difference between Acting Trustees and Trustees is;

Trustees are nominated and voted by membership Biannually .

Acting are nominated and voted at anytime at the monthly meeting if there is an open position.
