12 hour shifts.
Recently I heard Stein or the administration is removing 12 hour shifts and going back to 8 hour shifts. The reason was too many call offs on 12s versus 8s.
I was told by a steward that once an email emerges then the Union will grieve this. But no email came this was all verbal as we sat in an overview training class, that's how I found out.
Curious how this may pan out or work out?
