Hello. Is there any truth to the rumor going around that the Senior Correctional Officer position is going to be removed and all officers will be the same pay grade?

If it goes the way the CBA is now, they have 15% exempt to choose. Whichever they want to exempt, they can, as long as it’s not more than 15%.
