Pulled from Bid Post without it being shut down
What is the rule about being pulled from a bid post without it being shut down? At HDSP the supervisors frequently pull officers from a bid post to put their friends in those spots and usually on overtime. I should also mention property, visiting and certain other officers never get pulled from their exempt posts which should be pulled before someone in a bid post.

Operational need can be an assortment of different things. They need you to work a post no one else is certified for, shutdown your post to assign you somewhere else, or something along those lines. Not a comprehensive list, but you get the gist.
